Residues 30-439 of human CD36 were cloned, the protein was over-expressed in HEK293EBNA1 cells and was purified to

homogeneity (figure 1). The calculated molecular weight of monomeric recombinant human CD36-ECD is 52.4 kDa

(including purification tag). The protein contains a N-terminal (Strep - TEV) tag. Each vial contains 100 μg CD36-ECD at a

concentration of 0.28 mg/ml.

Storage and stability

CD36-ECD should be stored at - 80 ?C (stable for at least 1 year). The bu°er

contains PBS without preservative. After thawing it should be stored in

appropriate small aliquots at - 20 ?C or - 80 ?C (stable for at least 2 months).
