XGY-10A管材静液压试验机用于测定热塑性管材、复合管材（如PP—R、PP—B、PP—A、PE、PE—X、PVC、PVC—U、PVC—C）及铝塑复合管等各种管材，在长时间恒定内压和恒定温度下的耐压破坏时间或瞬时爆破的最大压力值，压力检测显示采用数字压力表，时间设定采用外部时间继电器设定。是塑料管材生产厂商及检测机构必备的检测设备。此设备能够充分体现企业的产品质量的水平。
二特点
1本设备由三个电磁阀独立控制，并配备压力蓄能器，一路电磁阀控制管内高压液体的大流量，实现快速打压。一路电磁阀控制管内高压液体的小流量补压。还有一路电磁阀控制泄压。补压和泄压快速准确，使压力在范围内得到有效控制，并大大提高了试验数据的准确性。
2压力变送器的采样频率可为0.01秒，提高了反应速度和控制精度，长期耐压实验稳 定可靠
3电控系统采用数字压力表控制，具有压力设定和时间显示等功能
