Lysing Matrix A
每个抗冲击的2ml管中有红色研磨粉与一个1/4英寸陶质小球，还有提供单独包装的陶质小球。Lysing Matrix A管是橘红色盖子，是FastDNA™ and FastDNA™ SPIN 试剂盒的组成之一。Lysing Matrix A可用于所有的样本的核酸提取，除了从土壤中提取基因组DNA。这种研磨型管已具备化学惰性，不会与核酸起反应。
