该产品采用图象法测量，大大提高了量程，能够满足各种桥梁，包括军用浮桥和吊桥低频大位移的挠度测量，同时，还可以用来测量大跨度结构物的柱、梁的变形，高层楼房、电视塔、钻井平台等的振动位移。BJQN-4B型检测仪在4型的基础上，增加了桥梁横向位移的测试， 软件更换WIN平台，使测量者更加方便全面地了解桥梁的动态指标。
