该产品具有强大的数据处理功能及数理统计功能，绘制刚度曲线、计算弹簧的分段刚度，可以进行数据统计，绘制正态分布图、计算工序能力指数。采用数控电机调速系统或进口交流伺服电机及调速器和精密滚珠丝杠副组成传动系统，与高精度负荷传感器、位移传感器及数字式数据采集卡、PC机组成测控系统，实现了稳定可靠运行及精确测量。
The product has the powerful data processing function and the statistical function, drawing the stiffness curve, calculation of the sectional stiffness of spring, can carry on data statistics, drawing the normal distribution diagram, calculation of process capability index.
