本仪器是按照中华人民共和国标准GB 7600《运行中变压器水分含量测定法（库仑法）》、中华人民共和国行业标准SH/T0246《轻质石油产品中水分含量测定法（电量法）》规定的要求设计制造的，适用于按照上述标准规定的方法，测定液体石油产品中微量水分的含量。本仪器采用微计算机控制技术，具有分析速度快，精度高，液晶屏显示，自动打印等特点，且具有仪器故障自诊，菜单选择等功能；是一台功能齐全、操作方便、全自动的测量分析仪器。
