Typical Spin Times to Filtrate Volume

Spin conditions: 4000 xg swinging bucket rotor at 25°C, 15 mL sample.
3K, 10K: Cytochrome c (0.25 mg/mL); 30K, 50K: BSA (1 mg/mL); 100K: IgG (1 mg/mL).
