浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司建立了一种顶空气相色谱法测定固定污染源废气中的三甲胺的方法。采用弱suan性的盐酸吸收液采集固定污染源废气,将吸收液转移至顶空瓶中,加入氢氧hua钠和氨shui,顶空-气相色谱仪氢火焰离子化检ce器检ce测定固定污染源废气中三甲胺的含量,并且优化了毛细管色谱柱、氯化钠、硫酸钾、氢yang化钠、氨shui的加入量、平衡温度和平衡时间。实验结果表明:当吸收液为50.0 m L,采样体积为20 L时,三甲胺的方法检出限为0.010 mg/m3,线性良好,相关系数为0.9998,加标回收率为100.0%~107.0%,相对标准偏差小于5.0%。

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. has established a headspace gas chromatography method for the determination of trimethylamine in waste gas from stationary pollution sources. The weak sun hydrochloric acid absorption solution is used to collect the waste gas from the fixed pollution source, the absorption solution is transferred to a headspace bottle, sodium hydroxide and ammonia are added, and the content of trimethylamine in the waste gas from the fixed pollution source is determined by the headspace gas chromatograph hydrogen flame ionization detector, and the addition amount, equilibrium temperature and equilibrium time of capillary column, sodium chloride, potassium sulfate, sodium hydrogen yangide, ammonia shui are optimized. The experimental results show that when the absorption solution is 50.0 mL and the sampling volume is 20 L, the detection limit of trimethylamine is 0.010 mg/m3, the linearity is good, the correlation coefficient is 0.9998, the spiking recovery is 100.0%~107.0%, and the relative standard deviation is less than 5.0%.
