 5'-DMT-dC(Ac) Synthesis Column; 1400 is for use on DNA synthesizers with luer column fittings (ABI 394 Expedite Biosearch 8700 etc.). 5'-DMT-dC(Ac)-Suc-CPG is used for the placement of dC on the 3' end of oligonucleotides. The 1400 CPG is best suited for the synthesis of long DNA sequences between 100 and 150-mers in length.
