    关于有机氯杀虫剂残留量的气相色谱分析,已有许多报导。国外除六六六、DDT外,还大量使用ai氏剂、七lv、荻氏ji等,故其所用色谱柱需考虑十几个甚至更多的有机氯化合物的分离。我国农药中六六六用量zui大,DDT为六六六的十分之一,其他品种的应用则极少。但在残留量分析法中,目前仍多采用与国外类似的色谱柱,不但分析时间长,而且有的组分不能完全分离。为此,需要研究一种快速和分离效率高的色谱柱。影响气相色谱柱效和分离速度的因素很多。在目前普遍使用2—4毫米内径填充柱的情况下,认为载气、载体和固定液的种类是影响柱效和分离速度的主要因素。

    There have been many reports on the gas chromatography analysis of organochlorine pesticide residues. In addition to DDT, foreign countries also use aldrin, heptachlor, and Dildrin in large quantities, so the chromatographic columns used in them need to consider the separation of more than a dozen or more organochlorine compounds. Among the pesticides in my country, 666 has the largest amount, and the DDT is one tenth of that of 666. The application of other varieties is very little. However, in the residual analysis method, the chromatographic columns similar to those in foreign countries are still mostly used, not only the analysis time is long, but also some components cannot be completely separated. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a fast and efficient chromatographic column. There are many factors that affect GC column efficiency and separation speed. In the current situation of using 2-4mm inner diameter packed column, it is considered that the types of carrier gas, carrier and stationary liquid are the main factors affecting the column efficiency and separation speed.
