 大气环境是人类赖以生存和发展的必要条件,保护和改善大气环境质量对于促进人类社会经济的发展以及保障人体健康,都具有十分重要的意义。甲烷与一氧化碳是大气痕量气体,如果在空气中的含量超过一定的比例,遇火就会发生爆炸,造成危害。一氧化碳是有毒气体,它在空气中的含量超过一定程度,就会使人昏迷,死亡。因此,对这两种气体的检测,就具有非常重要的意义。



各种气相色谱仪的结构,因分析对象的不同而有不同的特点。有些仪器为了特定的需要,如为了提高对样品中某些组分的分析灵敏度,设置有专用的转化装置。气相色谱仪的通用型热导检测器对微量的CO、CO_2难以进行定量测定。而CO、CO_2在氢焰检测器上又没有响应。只有将CO、CO_2转化为CH_4,才能用氢焰检测器进行检测。


浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司生产的HH-790CH4-GC型甲烷转化炉和带有FID检测器的气相色谱仪配用,可以检测痕量CO和CO_2,但如果对甲烷转化炉使用方法不当,也不能达到预期的效果。对甲烷转化炉和气相色谱仪的配用进行了实验探索,找到了一些切实可行的方法。
