水质硫化物-酸化吹气仪使用说明
1、打开电源(必须确认水浴锅内已经倒入蒸馏水)散热风扇运转
2、按照国标方法设定恒温水域温度(温控仪)
3、将样品支架升到适当的高度(升降开关)
4、将装有待测水样的反应瓶、吸收管装入样品架
5、连接所有氮气吹管,检查装置的气密性。
6、通氮气,按国标要求将转子流量计调整到适当的流量。控制样品的氮气总消耗量。
7、根据吸收管内气泡上升的速度和数量调整每个样品的氮气流量,使其相同。
8、将样品支架降到恒温水浴中适当的深度。
9、按国标方法的操作步骤进行预处理。
10、预处理过程中随时观察调整氮气总流量及吸收显色管的氮气流量。
11、使用结束将温控仪的温度设定到室温以下,待水浴温度下降后,关闭电源。

2. Set the temperature of constant water area (temperature controller) according to national standards
3. Lift the sample bracket to the appropriate height (lifting switch)
4. Put the reaction bottle and absorber into the sample holder to be tested
5. Connect all nitrogen blowpipes and check the air tightness of the device.
6. Through nitrogen, adjust the rotor flowmeter to the appropriate flow rate as required by national standards. Control total nitrogen consumption of the sample.
7. Adjust the nitrogen flow rate of each sample according to the rising speed and quantity of bubbles in the absorption pipe to make it identical.
8. Lower the sample holder to a suitable depth in the constant temperature water bath.
9. Pretreatment is conducted according to the operation steps of the national standard method.
10. During the pretreatment process, adjust the total nitrogen flow and nitrogen flow of the absorption color tube at any time.
11. Set the temperature of the temperature controller below room temperature at the end of use. Turn off the power when the water bath temperature drops.
