    正戊醛,Valeraldehyde,分子式C5H10O,分子量86.1323。是一种无色液体,别名戊醛,微溶于水,溶于乙醇、yi醚,属于易燃品,主要用作香料,有机合成中间体、橡胶促进剂。


           以1-丁烯和合成气为原料,对氢甲酰化制备戊醛的工艺进行了研究。在热力学计算的基础上,主要考察了均相催化下膦/铑物质的量比、催化剂质量浓度、丁烯用量、反应温度、时间、压力、搅拌速度等条件对1-丁烯氢甲酰化反应的影响。在保持1-丁烯较高转化率和戊醛较高选择性的条件下,给出了适宜的工艺条件:反应温度为100℃左右,反应压力2.2MPa,搅拌速率250r/min,反应时间30min,催化剂质量浓度300~350mg/L,膦/铑物质的量比为400~500。

Pentanal, Valeraldehyde, Molecular formula C5H10O, molecular weight 86.1323. It is a colorless liquid, also known as glutaraldehyde, slightly soluble in water, soluble in ethanol and ether, and is a flammable substance. It is mainly used as a spice, an intermediate in organic synthesis, and a rubber promoter.






Using 1-Butene and synthesis gas as raw materials, the hydroformylation process for preparing glutaraldehyde was studied. On the basis of thermodynamic calculation, the effects of the molar ratio of phosphine to rhodium, the mass concentration of catalyst, the amount of butene, reaction temperature, time, pressure, stirring speed and other conditions on the Hydroformylation of 1-Butene in homogeneous catalytic system were mainly investigated. Under the condition of maintaining high conversion of 1-Butene and high selectivity of valeraldehyde, the appropriate process conditions were given: reaction temperature was about 100 ℃, reaction pressure was 2.2 MPa, stirring rate was 250 r/min, reaction time was 30 min, catalyst mass concentration was 300 ~ 350 mg/L, and the ratio of phosphorus to rhodium was 400 ~ 500.
