 Features and Benefits:  

Beaded amino-agarose has wide application in immobilization of amine reactive ligands including small molecules,  peptides, oligonucleotides, and proteins. A bifunctional linker (such as SMCC) can also be used to extend the scope its reactivity to other functional groups such as thiols. Higher concentratioin (6%) of agarose provides more resistant to denaturing conditions, and thus offers more versatility in the choice of sample buffer and eluent.
