   ABM胶原蛋白,让细胞突破空间局限

传统细胞培养方式主要是让细胞生长在玻璃或塑料平面上,细胞只能沿二维平面延伸,这种培养方式称为2D培养。由于某些原代细胞如神经细胞以及干细胞等难以在常规平面附着,需要包被胶原作为促进细胞贴壁的基质,所以胶原包被常常在原代细胞和干细胞2D培养中发挥着重要作用。

与之相比,由胶原蛋白配置的3D固体凝胶形成的三维立体网状结构,能更真实地模拟体内组织结构及微环境,满足复杂细胞组织间相互作用,为细胞提供更好的生长和分化条件。因此,细胞3D培养比传统2D培养的应用前景更为广泛,3D培养主要用于以下几个方面:
