Lucigen最新研制的PyroPhage 3173 DNA聚合酶,是一款高品质的耐热酶。现阶段PCR使用的酶,并非真正意义上的DNA复制酶,一般都是来源于细菌或古细菌的修复聚合酶,这些酶在DNA复制的忠实性,进行性等方面存在固有的局限性。PyroPhage 3173来源于温泉中的噬菌体(Figure1),是真正的DNA复制酶,PyroPhage 3173不仅克服了上述局限性,并且能更高效的扩增DNA

PyroPhage® 3173 的优势

¨         PyroPhage® 3173更有利于PCR扩增:同市售的PCR常用酶相比,PyroPhage® 3173对模板具有更有效的扩增性,PyroPhage® 3173能轻松有效地扩增4kb的模板(Figure2)
