Description

RIPA (Radio-Immunoprecipitation Assay) Buffer enables efficient cell lysis and protein solubilization while avoiding protein degradation and interference with the proteins' immunoreactivity and biological activity. MesGen RIPA Buffer is a ready-to-use 1X solution and is formulated as follows: 50 mM Tris-Cl pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 1% NP-40, 0.5% sodium deoxycholate, 0.1% SDS, pH 8.0.
