The Protease Inhibitor Cocktail 6 is designed especially for the inhibition of proteases during the purification of His-tagged proteins from cell extracts. The cocktail is supplied ready-to-use dissolved in DMSO and a small amount of water. The Inhibitor Cocktail 6 stock solution is sufficient for the inhibition of proteases in extracts from 10 g of cells. Stable at -20°C for 6 months.
