领先全球分销实验用品和服务的 VWR 国际有限公司（VWR International, LLC）今天宣布，该公司会收购中久科技（上海）有限公司，收购会在满足一般成交条件和得到中国规管当局批准后完成。

中久科技的总部设于上海，是发展稳建的实验器材、试剂、消耗品和研发服务供应商，以分销化学品为主，为中国制药和生物药品工业提供支持，并供应优质产品和整合服务。

作为全球企业策略的一环，VWR 会通过选择性收购和扩大现有业务，继续物色机会拓展全球经营。中久科技的良好基础可以配合 VWR 现时的亚太区业务，满足全球和本地客户的需要。

VWR International, LLC to Acquire LabPartner (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.

Through strategic acquisition, VWR to strengthen its position in China

RADNOR, PA, August 4, 2011 - VWR International, LLC, a global leader in distributing laboratory supplies and services, announced today that it will acquire LabPartner (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., subject to customary closing conditions and Chinese regulatory approval.

Based in Shanghai, LabPartner is an established provider of lab equipment, reagents, consumables, and services for research and development. LabPartner supports the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industries in China, delivering premium products and integrated services, with a focus on chemical distribution.

As part of a VWR's global corporate strategy, the Company continues to seek opportunities to expand our global footprint through select acquisitions and expansion of existing operations. LabPartner's infrastructure will complement VWR's current footprint in the Asia Pacific region to meet the needs of our global and local customers.
